Who is this service for?+
Developers with an eligible Google Play account who already have — or are ready to create — a closed test and opt-in link. We are a fit when you need help coordinating people, not when you are looking to bypass Play policies.
Do you guarantee production access?+
No. We help coordinate the closed-testing process and provide genuine tester participation and feedback. Google independently reviews each app and makes the final production-access decision.
What do I need to send you?+
App name, closed-test opt-in link, account type and creation date, any country/device limits, login instructions if needed, testing focus, and your preferred start date. Never send a Google password.
What happens if a tester leaves?+
We monitor participation and use backup capacity when available. If a slot drops out or your link is not usable, we will explain the impact on timing and agree the next step before continuing.
Are you affiliated with Google?+
No. 12 Testers is an independent Android tester recruitment and coordination service. We do not represent Google or control Play Console decisions.
